About

MY BACKGROUND

I’m a data-driven cognitive scientist and Defence Scientist in Canada’s public service. I bring a proven record across industry, academia, and education—designing and running Bayesian models, structural equation modelling, and complex survey analyses on small to large datasets in R and SPSS. At the Department of National Defence, I support the Canadian Armed Forces’ psychological well-being, operational readiness, and leadership effectiveness, and I routinely brief senior leaders, including commanders and generals. I’ve presented at 10+ conferences (e.g., Psychonomics, CSBBCS) and authored DND reports alongside peer-reviewed publications.

Career Goals

To be a major contributor to military well-being and human factors research within the Canadian government's various fields including defence, security, policy, and healthcare.
